• Any mobile applications operated by or on behalf of Unity Road for iOS and Android (the “App”).

Who Operates Our Digital Services

Our digital menu, point-of-sale system, mobile applications, loyalty program, and digital ordering tools are powered and operated in partnership with third-party cannabis technology providers (such as Dutchie / Courier Plus, Inc.). When you place an online order or use our mobile app, these platforms collect and process information on our behalf and under our instructions.

We remain responsible for your information and for responding to your privacy requests. You can contact us using the details provided at the end of this policy.

You Must Be 21 or Older

Our Services are intended strictly for adults 21 years of age or older (or qualifying medical patients aged 18+ where authorized by applicable state law). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we do not direct our Services to minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21 without legal authorization, we will delete it immediately.

• Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers assigned to your device or app installation, as well as push notification tokens.
• Advertising Identifiers: Advertising IDs (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android), collected only with your explicit opt-in permission.
• Location Information: Approximate location derived from your IP address or postal code, and—if granted—precise device location to identify nearby dispensaries and support localized menus or delivery.
• Usage & Log Data: Pages viewed, products browsed, searches performed, duration of activity, crash logs, IP addresses, referring URLs, and email tracking pixels (indicating open and click rates).

3. Information From Other Sources

We receive purchase history, loyalty rewards status, and customer records from our e-commerce and point-of-sale partners (e.g., Dutchie) to unify your experience across online and in-store visits.

• E-Commerce & POS Platforms (e.g., Dutchie): Powers online ordering, product catalogs, order processing, and customer loyalty synchronization between digital platforms and physical storefronts.
• Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics): Measures web and app performance, screen views, and browsing patterns to improve user experience.
• Push Notification & Messaging Services: Delivers real-time status updates, inventory alerts, and optional promotional messages.
• Payment Processors: Facilitates compliant digital payment options (such as Pay by Bank / ACH). Unity Road does not directly store sensitive bank account numbers or full payment card numbers.
• Hosting & Security Providers: Secures data storage, website hosting, and file management (e.g., AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure).

Payments & Security

Payments completed online or via mobile applications are processed through secure, specialized payment technology providers. Banking credentials or payment details submitted for digital transactions are collected directly by the payment provider through an encrypted workflow. Unity Road only receives order totals, transaction confirmation status, and payment method categories.

We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards—including SSL encryption in transit—to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Other Ways We May Share Information

• Dispensary Personnel: Local dispensary staff access order details to fulfill pickups and deliveries.
• Regulatory Authorities & Law Enforcement: We may disclose information when required by state cannabis regulatory bodies, subpoenas, court orders, or applicable state/federal laws.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of corporate assets, customer data may be transferred as part of the business transaction under equivalent privacy obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill business operations or meet legal requirements:

• Account Data: Kept while your account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be archived or deleted.
• Transaction & Purchase Records: Retained for the statutory period required by state cannabis and tax regulations (typically at least 5 to 7 years).
• Identity Verification Logs: Retained according to state-specific cannabis compliance requirements.
• Analytics Data: Retained up to 14 months.
